Across his professional career, Dylan’s purpose and passion has been to motivate others toward meaningful outcomes – whether first as a classroom teacher with Teach For America in Baltimore City or as a wealth management advisor serving clients in the greater New York area. After building a successful advisory practice at Merrill Lynch over 10 years, Dylan joined Quorum Private Wealth in 2022 to further extend the impact he could have as an advisor working at an independent firm.

In life and in work, Dylan believes in the value of a good plan, having seen first-hand how financial planning can help people optimize their financial decisions: from investing, saving, and cash-flow to wealth transfer, charitable giving, and other strategies.

Always appreciating the singular nature of an individual client’s situation and circumstances, Dylan helps them define their goals, organize their financial life, create a thorough plan to move forward, and execute on that vision with consistency and discipline.

Just as he is purpose-driven himself, Dylan looks to help our clients find a more purposeful approach to their wealth, grounded in consistency, clarity, and organization.
